Restoring God's Earth is a nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing, clean water access, and dignified living — starting in Philadelphia and Ghana, and expanding globally.
About Us
We believe every person deserves safe shelter, clean water, and a dignified home. Through a joint nonprofit and for-profit development model, we deploy capital where it matters most — beginning in Philadelphia and Ghana, with Antigua next, and a growing global footprint ahead.
Founded on the principle that stewarding the earth is an act of faith, Restoring God's Earth brings together community leaders, donors, and volunteers to create lasting change through affordable housing, home modification, and infrastructure access.
Our governance model ensures long-term family and community control, modeled to protect mission integrity for generations to come.
Developing affordable, dignified homes through rent-to-own models and mixed-use community developments.
Installing boreholes and in-home showers beginning in Ghana — with plans to expand clean water infrastructure globally.
ADA equipment installs — stairlifts, grab bars, ramps — available for anyone who needs them. Also providing hot water tanks and mini split systems for heating & cooling for all households.
Ghana is our first international site. Antigua is next. We are building a global model for community-controlled affordable housing and infrastructure.
What We Do
Seven active initiatives serving communities in the United States, West Africa, and beyond — with more countries on the horizon.

Expanding · WorldwideGhana · Our First International Site
Sited in Timber Nkwanta, Akuapem North Municipal District, Eastern Region — Ghana is where our international work begins. From here, we are building a replicable model for clean water infrastructure and community housing that we will carry to Antigua and beyond.
Our borehole drilling and in-home shower installation project ensures every family in our target communities has clean, reliable water — before, during, and after housing construction.
Community boreholes providing shared access to clean groundwater for drinking and daily use.
Running water piped directly into individual homes — eliminating the need for communal facilities.
Phased construction of duplexes, triplexes, and single-family homes with full utilities.
An anchor educational institution at the heart of the community development.
Philadelphia Development
Our flagship Philadelphia project creates modern, quality housing for people in need — including veterans — through accessible rental and rent-to-own opportunities.
Modern, dignified housing for those who need it most — with rental and rent-to-own pathways that build long-term stability.
Affordable rental and rent-to-own housing units serving low-income residents, veterans, and families in the Philadelphia area.
Licensed daycare on lower levels, designed to Pennsylvania DHS Chapter 3270 standards — supporting working families in the community.
Vertical expansion planned to increase housing density and maximize the site's long-term community impact.
Family-controlled governance structure ensures long-term community ownership and mission alignment for generations.
